Contact & feedback

SecBot is built for traders, and the feedback that shapes it comes from traders. If something's broken, confusing, or missing, we want to hear it.

Getting help

Start with the Contact page, also reached from the top navigation in the app. It's the fastest way to get a question to the team, and it keeps your account details attached so we can actually help rather than ask you to repeat yourself.

The Telegram bot delivers alerts and doesn't answer support questions, but /status is a quick way to check your link, subscription and mute state before you write in. See the Command reference.

Sending feedback

Feature requests, rough edges, a feed that didn't behave the way you expected: send all of it through the in-app Contact page. The more specific you can be, the better. The ticker, the view, and what you expected to see go a long way toward a fast fix.

If you've found something that looks wrong in the data itself, flag it the same way and include the company and the event so we can trace it against the source.

TIP

Before you write in about missing alerts, run through the alerts FAQ. Most quiet-alert questions come down to a missing or too-strict alert rule, a quiet-hours window, or an unlinked Telegram bot, and the FAQ gets you there faster.

For account and billing questions, the account FAQ covers the common ones. For anything it doesn't, the Contact page is the place to go.

We don't list an email address or phone number here on purpose. The in-app Contact page routes your message to the right people with the context already attached, which gets you a better answer faster than a cold email would.
